Please read the following information carefully before making a booking with EatFlix Cinema:
- Due to the nature of our themed events and set menus, we are currently unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements or allergies, including gluten-free or vegan options. However, we do offer vegetarian and non-alcoholic alternatives as part of our experience.
- This is not a bottomless brunch. Your package includes only the themed drinks inspired by the film being shown. Additional beverages can be purchased at the bar.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service where necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or date changes once your booking has been confirmed.
- If your group has made separate bookings but would like to be seated together, please contact us before the event so we can accommodate your request. You can get in touch via any of our social media channels or by emailing info@eatflixcinema.com.
